original luscious things to try, if you are in Norwich, good luck trying to decide, it took me ages!
You must visit, so many different kinds to choose from, chill with the music is playing and while eating sumptuous food and enjoying fresh coffee or a lovely hot chocolate, just the best x

We came in for coffee and cake after having the most amazing sandwich next door. We had a selection of cakes and each one was lovely. Probably a bit greedy but the quality of cakes meant that it wasn’t sickly, would highly recommend the stout chocolate as it was lovely and chocolaty but not too sweet. Absolutely one of the best cake shops in the world, not just Norwich.
A modern little cafe/ dessert bar to sit in and enjoy. Friendly staff and tons of cakes and indulgent desserts. I had the snickers which was so good and beautifully presented, a generous portion and not bad prices. Taking all the elements of a snickers and putting all the flavours on a plate into a dessert. I would put this to the top of my list of cafes to come to if you have a sweet tooth.
This is a regular place for me. It’s a bit on the small side and sometimes challenging to get anywhere to sit, they only take card and not cash.
The cakes and desserts are delicious and innovative and I would highly recommend them. Good coffee. also, I now have a drinks license and offer some delicious wines as well. I would love to see this place expand and have a few more tables are a little bit more comfortable to sit, but the product they sell is quite amazing. If the owner read this, I urge you to expand you won’t regret it.
Amazing cakes and nice coffee in this lovely cafe on St John Maddermarket. We have tried different cakes and they are all delicious! Friendly staff and atmosphere.
While other places just charge high prices, the price of the cakes and coffee in here are justified by the quality.

Just had an amazing saturday evening pudding, cocktail and coffee. Perfect after dinner on the market. Also great in the daytime.

A truly delicious selection of cakes with a confident price tag. Figbar creates unique bites that excels expectations. The selection; freshness and the flavours are well constructed. Admittedly Figbar prices are certainly on the higher end of the spectrum but it’s expected when you are paying for this level of quality. For those on a budget, perhaps Figbar’s the place to go solely on a special occasion.
Popped in for coffe after shopping in the city. Two excellent coffees. An amazing savoury pastry with bacon, bree and fig. And a very adult granola square. Already planning to go back for Smores (a personal favourite from trips to America) and the snickers based dessert.
Update: still my favourite place in Norwich for sweet treats and a coffee.
Delicious ice creams in summer month as well.

Whenever we come up to Norfolk we try to make a detour into Norwich just to come here. The cakes and plated desserts are the ultimate special treat and very well made, and don't forget the wonderful coffees and hot chocolates. Consistently great and there's always something new to try
Isn't it all about the taste. It is alittle more expensive than the competition but you do instantly realise what you are paying for, the plated deserts are perfectly presented.
It has a very nice atmosphere, the staff could work on there customer care skills, I don't think anyone likes the fact the staff think they are above everyone else, this isn't the first time this has happened.
