We regularly go to Nelson Hotel for breakfast on Sundays. Robbie is absolutely fantastic and provide excellent service. O Sunday 28 January 14 of us, as a family, went for breakfast, it was my daughter and my granddaughter birthday. Robbie very kindly gave each of them a box of chocolate as a present. He is very kind, works very hard and always has smile on his face and looks after all guests extremely well. He also cares about staff and always look after them. In addition to Robbie, Emma is also a fantastic person and always looks after us and is very kind and hard working. High thank you to both Robbie and Emma, you are both great. cozy cafe pub and restaurant combination alongside the Premier Inn. staff have been friendly and polite during my stay. food is nice and filling and the prices are fair. nice view of the riverside too!

Our usual family Christmas meal, 29 of us this year, 23 adults, 6 kids. Nobody could remember how long we've been coming but it was before it was a Premier Inn. Once again they took excellent care of us, seated over 4 tables in our own area. We have a fantastic time, we make lots of mess (sorry about that Robert). We'll all be back next year as well as many times in between. Unbelievable value! We all love it.
