We booked this last minute, it was an ideal place for visiting the Norfolk broads. It was a lovely place, nice, clean and comfy. Had a meal in the restaurant, they were huge portions and chips were the best we’ve ever had. Breakfast was lovely, a full English and plenty of cereal if you wanted it. S
Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Very quiet rooms, you couldn't hear the restaurant below despite being full and load downstairs. The breakfast was spot on and the service was excellent. We would totally recommend staying here if you get the chance.
A great little Public House. Three rooms above the restaurant/pub that closes at 10:30 so no loud noises at night. Peaceful surroundings. Very relaxing place to just chill!
Lovely meals here, service is a bit slow, however and had finished drinks by the time the food arrived
Great Sunday evening meal large portions well cooked with crunchy veg and lashings of gravy. Super steak pie and roast beef.
Walked here whilst staying locally. The first time I've eaten here and was impressed with the food and service. The interior is larger than we thought and very traditional. Had a good time and will be returning.
Excellent food. Enjoyed the meal with our friends. Lovely location. Staff were really friendly. We all were impressed. Will definitely go there again.

We ate there. Delicious food, served on hot plates by friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. I'll definitely go back.
Had a two night stay. Room comfortable clean. Stairs were very steep. Shower worked but think shower head could do with a limescale clean up. Service was professional and friendly Food, good menu for evening dinner and an really good choice for breakfast.
Nice place for a drink and meal. Food was very nice with a varied menu.
Called in on the off chance of getting a table. Very welcoming and menu was very varied. We both enjoyed our choice on the evening.
Had a excellent roast beef dinner today, Really good service Staff very polite and no fuss, we will be definitely going back.
Quite evening meal out. A different selection from the norm. You'll find no burgers on the menu here. My partners fish was nicely cooked and Mt Archers jumbo sausage was what you'd expect from an Archers sausage. Very tasty. Sensible portion sizes.
Had a lovely lunch at yhis lovely country pub with a group of good friends! Had a great meal with great company!
Excellent pub lunch and excellent service, thank you! Nice little garden area overlooking the horses.
