Our group had pre booked a table - they effortlessly handled it and we chose on the night - not needing to pre order - bonus. Lovely vibe and the food was very good - great tastes and some inventive twists. Staff were super friendly. I really liked the ciabatta - seemed crispy/sweet (something different) - never seen/tasted that before - outstanding. If they carry on like this they would surely get a Michelin star? Would come again.

I went here with my wife after receiving a voucher for Xmas. I can honestly say this is by far the best food I have eaten in Norwich (possibly ever). Such a lovely place situated in the centre of Norwich. The food and wine was absolutely incredible and so wad the service. The value for money was also amazing. To get that quality of food for the price we paid is unbelievable. Couldn't recommend this place higher. It is an absolute must try if you like Italian food. Thank you so much for a great meal and evening.

Wow just wow !!!
My wife and I traveled from Ipswich to Norwich for some shopping ect and we both fancied pasta,popped into this lovely place and was told the bar was the only seating left,long story short……the pasta we had was the best pasta we had ever tasted Ever !!!! It was so tasty and cooked perfectly ! Definitely going back for some more !!!

When the menu is limited you know it’s a quality restaurant. And so it proved to be. From the initial greeting to leaving this proved a great experience. The staff were friendly, confident and helpful. The food was simply superb. Home made pasta with black truffle followed a terrific take on chicken Milanese as an entree- crisp shell, succulent chicken. The finale was Gorgonzola ice cream, yes I know what you’re thinking but even the staff sang its praises and rightly so. Fantastic experience, go!

Benoli is incredible. We loved this little treat. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the food they are serving. It’s fresh and romantic setting offers a wonderful dining experience.
The dishes are a masterpiece of perfection.
We tried many dishes but settled on a favourite: the garlic brioche with rosemary butter. Absolutely beautiful.
We have a few more to try and then we will have a go on the desserts menu.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. Good service and great atmosphere. The food was amazing and we got a private room because we had 7 people. My favourite dish was the carbonara. I will definitely come back if I visit Norwich again.

What a great restaurant! The food was excellent, fresh pasta made daily, really tasty sauces. They do a nice twist on carbonara, little agnolotti filled with a beautiful sauce and little pieces of pancetta as garnish.
Service is very good, the staff are happy to talk you through the menu and answer any questions you have.
I'd definitely recommend this place.
UPDATE:
We visited again recently for my wife's birthday and had another fantastic meal.
The menu had changed and we took full advantage to try some new dishes out.
It was a lovely surprise when the waitress brought out an additional dish out wishing Mrs P a happy birthday.

We loved all our dishes, and the service was really good. I think I had probably one of the best desserts ever. Their dulce-de-leche Tirami-Shoux was an excellent creation, which added a bit of texture and crunch to the classic tiramisu, and the flavours were just brilliantly working together to make this a really good experience. The carbonara was a truly great variation of the kind, but tasting my partners dish with the squid ink pasta revealed that the flavour combinations worked really well on that one also, and I found myself leaning towards that flavour profile. Absolutely delicious! The service was a bit slow to get mains, but they came and apologised for the delay, and they're released and friendly staff.
Food wise, everything was spot on, the handmade pastas were full of flavour, the choux pastry in the dessert was crispy and fresh.
