Family friendly pub with good food. The kids enjoyed the play area and garden. We gave it a try because of the "kids eat for £1" offer which was greatly appreciated in the Easter holidays! Would definitely come again

Food was lovely and good value. We had the light lunch which was a good portion. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only drawback for us was that there were dogs in there that kept barking. Otherwise highly recommend.

We received great attentive service, staff were friendly and chatty. We didn't wait long for our food. Our steak sandwiches were cooked to perfection, our waitress asked how we would like them cooked, which was a lovely touch. This chef knows how to cook steak, we had ours rare and they were so flavoursome. We also loved the bread, so delicious! Came with a nice side salad, chips and a pot of gravy, proper comfort food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I've been here twice, on both my visits to Norwich. The food here is outstanding, the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing and the staff is the BEST! Was here both times with a large group (18) and they took the best care of us. We pre-ordered our entrees which made the entire service seamless. Very much looking forward to visiting again and highly recommend this place.

Went for our Christmas work meal today (19/12/2023) ... very friendly staff from arrival. Had the Festive Set Menu, which had been pre-booked (main & dessert, but there's an option to have a starter) Chose the hand carved turkey for main, which was really nice & enjoyed very much. For dessert I had the caramelised biscuit & berry, which also very nice.
Service was fantastic & so were the staff. Thank you 😊 ... hope you all have a lovely Christmas.

A lovely pub with fantastic food, a nice carpark, the pub caters for adults, children, and even dogs, which is especially helpful for us when we take our namesake, the Dash - hounds for a 'business meeting'!
The staff are friendly and helpful, and the outdoor area has lights and heaters, so even on slightly cooler evenings you can dine outside.
