Lovely pub, lovely staff, lovely people!!! Always worth a visit and the food is yummy too - love their cheese nachos! They do some really fun events too like art and pizza evenings or baking competitions!

Always a good experience here, good beer and staff. Giving 5 stars despite on Sunday some rude old man swearing at our dog for whining once, because the dog was excited, so we took ourselves out of the pub before we told him where to go. But that's not the pubs fault.

This pub offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed evening. The diverse menu boasts delicious food and a wide selection of beverages. Friendly staff and live entertainment create a lively ambiance. A great spot to unwind and enjoy good company.

A great back street pub with real good ales. Wish we had a pub like that. Bar staff very friendly.

Had a great lunch and a pint there today. Compliments to the chef as always, a great menu, all fresh and best food in the area. Bar staff charming. Keep up the good work.

My favourite pub in Norwich - good range of local ask ales as well as more mainstream lagers/stouts and a solid collection of spirits and mixers. Not only are the staff absolutely lovely and make you feel at home, but all the other punters create a wonderful atmosphere in a pub that really does feel like the heart of a neighbourhood. P.s. dogs are allowed too!

Wonderful food, setting, atmosphere. Menu as unique you'll see for an independent pub, specials were delicious and plenty of veggie options too

The Alexandra Tavern is a proper local pub, friendly, warm and welcoming. There are 6 reals on hand pump. There is a small simple food menu, with a specials board. We had the chilli beef nachos and humus with crusty bread. Both dishes were good portions and very tasty. Will defo be coming back here to eat. 🍺🍽👍

Nice to be back in one of my favourite Norwich pubs after 18 months. It was too late to eat as food stops at 7pm, but the menu looked as good as ever...
