A very traditional pud great selection of trad ales and beers and the Guinness is good well worth a visit 😀 …
Been wanting to come here for some time. Popular local pub. 2 bars, one with carpet and families the other more classic public bar with more male focused drinkers of a certain age. Great pub, really enjoyed it.
The perfect traditional real ale local. I can't really add much as most of it's been said in the other reviews. On a quiet backstreet in a nice suburb in west Norwich (about 15 minutes walk from the city centre). The Fat Cat pub is about 5 minutes walk away - also well worth a visit.
Excellent home cooked food at very reasonable prices, friendly staff, a lovely traditional pub.
Can't comment on the food as have had rolls etc... The rest is perfect.
Friendly to everyone and this includes trans /LGBTQIA+
Owners friendly and run the pub appropriately.
