First time back in 25 years since living in Norwich. Exactly the same as when I left, which is to say, wonderful. Friendly staff, tasty beer, interesting decor.

The Alexandra Tavern is a proper local pub, friendly, warm and welcoming. There are 6 reals on hand pump. There is a small simple food menu, with a specials board. We had the chilli beef nachos and humus with crusty bread. Both dishes were good portions and very tasty. Will defo be coming back he
