We got a voucher to use for a set two course meal with a glass of wine and it was really fantastic value for money. They let one of my friends even change the pasta to gluten free at no extra cost which was fantastic. Over all a really good meal

Always a great meal here! Very friendly and helpful waiting staff (even on the occasions when I have used discount vouchers and Groupon's). In my opinion Prezzo is one of the best out of the chain restaurants in the area.

Nice restaurant setting.Staff friendly and efficient.Food good.The only problem was that service was very quick,meaning pre dinner drink,starter,main and wine all over in just over 1 hour meaning you felt bloated.

Very quiet for New Years Day lunchtime but fine for us. It had been hard to find places open in Norwich today. Reasonably priced & tasty food was served quickly by friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely book with them for next year!

Great service and great food everything you would expect from a prezzo. The only issue was that the seating position was bizarre and felt like we were simply fitted into a gap within the walkway.
The usual Prezzo Italian fare (better than most chains) in a nice building. Lots of smaller rooms across multiple floors. Service was good but not great. Recommended
