I always dine-in here. Probably 3 to 4 times a month. I go here for convenience because of it's location, the value for money and of course the delicious meal they offer. The service for me will vary most often it's fast and friendliness of staff depends who will serve you, I had this experienced so many times with one female staff who made me feel uncomfortable as if she's in a hurry to serve and not so genuine kind she's just there because she needs to do it.

Always a great meal here! Very friendly and helpful waiting staff (even on the occasions when I have used discount vouchers and Groupon's). In my opinion Prezzo is one of the best out of the chain restaurants in the area.

I went there for dinner and had enjoy a nice dinner. We have a half price coupon so the value is unbeatable. They also have a 2 courses meal option for dinner and is great value as well. Like many good resturants, their service is good, also the food quality and its environment. No wonder some late commer without booking will got turn away due to long wait time. We need to wait for 15 minute even for a Thrusday night 7pm slot without booking, kind of unusual busy in Norwich.

We got a voucher to use for a set two course meal with a glass of wine and it was really fantastic value for money. They let one of my friends even change the pasta to gluten free at no extra cost which was fantastic. Over all a really good meal

Very quiet for New Years Day lunchtime but fine for us. It had been hard to find places open in Norwich today. Reasonably priced & tasty food was served quickly by friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely book with them for next year!

Lovely food and a lively place, suitable for families though the food is more adult. Better suited to a romantic evening or a meal with in-laws. They do have a gluten free menu, which is pretty good. My fiancé also can't eat dairy and the waitresses were very helpful and happy to check ingredients with the kitchen.
