Great atmosphere, went I. Saturday night, had a band called the McCurdy brothers. People having a great time and moving to the rockabilly sounds. Drinks fair price and an all round great bar with a bit of quirk!

Me and my boyfriend have been to this pub a few times and really liked it! It’s really quiet in the afternoon and a relaxing place to sit with nice beers in the city centre. Unfortunately the last few days it doesn’t seem to be open! Monday and Tuesday are advertised as being open but we found the place empty. Seems like the opening times on Google are out of date.

What a ripping bar, great atmosphere created by the ladies behind the bar just as much as the old fellas rocking out on the dance floor

We visited as a group after watching Rocky Horror Picture Show all dressed up on a Saturday night, the staff and establishment were fantastic. The atmosphere was electric and fun, the price of drinks was very reasonable. I love this pub, I've been there a few times now and have always had a great experience.

Great, slightly out the way little pub with local but cosy atmospheric feel. Impressed that the Christmas tree is up by mid November 😂
Four real ales and a good selection of lagers together with traditional bread rolls, flapjacks and packets of Haribo starmix
They were playing darts on the night I visited.
