The Willows Cafe Bistro is located at 6 Drayton High Rd, Norwich NR8 6AF. The no. of parking spaces are around 6, very limited. Or you may choose to stay at the nearby Tesco Superstore around 7 minutes drive ahead and walk back towards the Cafe. Food are fresh indeed. My favorite one is fishcake, must try. Spacious seating area.
Best ever afternoon tea for sure . It was delicious, and lasted both of us the whole day and into the next day. Every single item was appealing not only to the eye but also totally tantalising to the taste buds. Including all the vegetarian options. And the venue is so lovely too.

We went here today for breakfast with our toddler and had an incredible experience. The waitresses were so helpful and, as I was waiting in the car for my son to wake up, they even offered to recook both of our breakfasts. The fact that they have a designated children’s room with a stair gate and a couple of boxes of toys meant that our breakfast was a lot easier to eat! Our son enjoyed playing and didn’t want to leave. The food itself was all made with good quality ingredients and the smoothies were also amazing. It was our best breakfast and definitely will be returning again.
We had the Halloween Afternoon Tea at the Willows Cafe Bistro. We were very impressed. The food was very well presented and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Came here with my fiancée for lunch and definitely did not regret it as the food was delicious and the smoothies were brilliant. The lotus biscof cheesecake was amazing and my partner's lemon and lime cheesecake was light and refreshing. Would highly recommend coming here as the food is delicious and reasonably priced.
Cannot rate or speak any higher of this place! I'd always wondered why it was sooo busy all of the time, but now I get it. Service was prompt and friendly, table booking was super easy and the menu was extensive so there's something for everyone. Choice of sitting upstairs, downstairs or outside is nice. The food came really quickly and we were all blown away by the presentation and quality of what we received. It's so nice to go somewhere and pay for food that actually feels really high quality and really well cooked, and not be a bit disappointed as usual. Overall the experience was really great and I couldn't recommend anymore. Just go!!!

When I visited just after 2pm, there was an extremely limited selection of cakes.... Based on previous reply from owner I guess this is partly related to the impact of covid on trade. Also this was an hour before they were due to close (3pm).
The biscoff cheesecake and americano I had were both excellent.
Sign on door said booking was advised, but I was able to get a table without a booking.
Lovely food and great variety, lovely place, friendly staff. Just go and you won't be disappointed.
This place deserves their 5 stars, arguably one of the best best breakfasts in Norfolk, pound for bacon 🎉
Went for a family breakfast, pre booked via phone, was difficult trying to get through or voice massages replied to as they are very popular, however once booked its all good. The food was lovely very good quality breakfasts and worth the price. The cake and ice cream selection also has a wide range which are very yummy too. The customer service was professional and quick too. I will be coming back in the future and would recommend this cafe.
