I went on a lunchtime during school half term holiday, so as you would expect it was very busy, however we ordered on the order board and our food was brought to our table in a reasonable time. Our order was all there and there were no issues.
Ordered for a party of 8. There was quite a long wait for the fries, however the wraps and burgers were brought to us almost immediately. Only criticism was the noise, there was a continuous noise which can only be described as the sound of somebody trying to get a bit of phlegm up. It may have been the sound of a frier or piece of equipment. But apart from that service was great. Drive through can be used but not suitable for large vehicles. Parking was adequate for our large minibus.
i came in with my sister and we were greeted by a lovely man who made sure we were very well looked after. a pleasant lady also came and took our tray away once we were finished and overall i felt very cared for and looked after. the food service was very quick and efficient
The food was the usual Mc Donalds food, but what really makes this one stand out is the staff. So welcoming. Always checking everything was okay and if the table was clean enough. The friendliness made our day
We had missing items off of our order,happy chap who does the cleaning was happy to help&sorted it,he also had to swap a drink over as it was flat and tasteless,he was happy to help
We usually pop by now and then if we're traveling home from Norwich. Our Highlight anytime we visit is a very friendly member of staff who always greets us so enthusiastically and asks if we're all ok and if we need anything. They always make our day!
I came in last Friday, after being very overwhelmed and on the verge of tears before going home, and they came up while I was on the electronic order screen, smile on their face, asked if I was all ok, and then promptly complimented me on my newly coloured blue hair and said how lovely it was. Honestly they'll never know but because of that little compliment they actually made me smile and go home happy after I'd walked in nearly in tears! And if they see this honestly I can't thank you enough for your kind words! Xx
A 0100 stop after a particularly stressful shift at work. Friendly staff, and was actually allowed into the store (usually at that time of night it's drive through only on the one I go to, tricky on a motorcycle)
And at 0100 they had a working mcflurry machine and milkshake machine (an absolute rarity!)
Will use that McDonald's again next time I need a cheer me up.
Just stopped in today for a breakfast and a coffee with my son. Food was served quickly to the table and was good. Nice touch was the friendly manager who was taking the time to visit tables and make sure everything was ok.
Just like any other McDonald's. Not much point in writing a description. You know what you are getting when you go to a Maccies. If you do not like the breakfasts is there something wrong with you?! They are amazing!!!
Stopped at this Macdonald's on our way home from our holiday as we are from Sheffield and this McDonald's is the best one we have ever eaten in. We had table service and the food came within 5 minutes and was very delicious and really good portion size. The customer service was outstanding expecially from Ross and Andy they couldn't do enough for us and our little boy. They always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble for them and they really deserve high customer recommendation. we will be back to visit this McDonald's again and to be greeted from Andy and Ross. Thank you so much
