The staff in the London Street subway are absolutely lovely. Marta, Junayed and Ehsan are brilliant at their job. Always friendly and efficient, they are a real credit to the Subway franchise. If only everybody had their customer service skills. Management take note!

Hello, I met up with a friend last week in Norwich and I had planned to go to a cafe I normally visit, but it was closed along with a couple of options. So we decided to have a takeout from Subway. Which was lovely, we then had a wander before catching the open top Bus. For a tour round Norwich.

Went to this store a few days back during my lunch break, nothing but positives coming from this store. Very polite and cheerful staff (unfortunately didn't get their names) very tasty sandwich and was made within a couple of mins. 100% recommend going here and will definitely be going back in the near future

AMAZING TOP QUALITY EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER FALLEN IN LOVE WITH SUCH A PLACE AO MUCH UNTIL NOW. THERE IS AN ABSOLUTE FITTY NAMED BEN WHO WORKS THERE AND HE HAS THE BIGGEST PERSONALITY DESPITE HIS SMALL STATURE. SUCH A CUTE, NICE MUSHROOM LOOKIN DUDE☺️.
