Really nice hotel, air conditioning, a real bonus as very hot this week. Staff were absolutely lovely, could not do enough for you. The food was nice and the buffet breakfast excellent. The hotel itself is very centrally placed to get to everywhere easily, all in all highly recommended

I chose this hotel as it was the perfect location for the event I was attending. The hotel was clean, the staff extremely friendly, breakfast excellent. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because in some places it looked a little "dated". The room was clean, bar area very inviting and dinning area comfy. Me and the wife both agreed that in some areas it just needed a lock of paint

Stayed are last minute for one night, bed was comfortable and shower was good but air-conditioning kept his await for a lot if the night and it was not even turned on in our room that's why it got a 4 star. Room otherwise was nice and fairly spacious.

Really nice hotel! Lovely staff, room was nice and clean :) bed very comfy!
Bathroom was a great size and power shower was so good.
Only thing was the aircon/heater made abit of noise and we didn’t even have it on but that was it.

We held our wedding at the Brook Hotel and cannot fault them at all for how well the day panned out. Gareth done a brilliant job at organising the day for us and the staff were all friendly and helped with any questions we had. Our honeymoon suite room was out of this world (I don’t think we have seen a bathroom so big ). The food was amazing . Thank you to the chef! We would highly recommend their package weddings. Worth every penny ! Thanks to all involved in making our day special!

Not the cheapest three star hotel I've stayed in, but there was nothing to complain about, clean, tidy, fresh, good breakfast and plenty of parking spaces. The room was good, air conditioning and a nice comfortable bed.
A little out of town with not much in the way of local amenities which means driving even if its for food or snacks.
Worth the four stars.

I stayed here for about 3 weeks,It was gorgeous😍👌❤.
They have an inside garden where you can have your coffee in the morning,or a beer in the evening,prices are more than fair,including for food or bar.Staff is very polite and helpful.Very clean inside and with air conditioning in every room.On one evening my one didn't want to work,and the receptionist gave me a radiator straightaway to warm up my room,and 2nd day the aircon was fixed.Bathrooms are well equipped,you have supplies whenever you request it.
Overall a lovely experience.
Will definitely comeback here every week

We are regulars here.
Good size rooms, some starting to need some TLC, but mostly good.
Nice comfortable beds.
Bathrooms fitted with bath and shower.
Really nice buffet style breakfast, only complaint ...there was no fruit compote this time!
Over all, a nice stay.

Absolutely brilliant stay here.
The room was lovely. Air conditioning worked a treat. The shower was fantastic. Beds and duvets really comfy.
What more could top this off??
Delightful breakfast! Sausages were dreamy!!
Didn't expect this from a best western but was massively impressed. When I'm next in the area, I will be back!
