I am so fed up with M & S having no chairs of any sort dotted around all floors ! Is there some evil intent maybe ? Heh heh ! If we take away all the chairs, they will have to go to the cafe or heh heh if they’re always standing they’re buying. For goodness sake make shopping a pleasant experience for us ONLOOKERS !!! Useless lot

Just a huge thank you to Fran and Rikki for looking after my Wife who suffered a horrible fall just outside M & S Norwich. They, along with another young lady looked after Sandra until I was able to attend and take her to the A & E at the NNUH. Sandra is on the mend and almost all the bruising has gone. Thank you again for your quick actions and support. It meant more than you know. The Incident was on 22nd Jan 2024. X

Lovely spacious M&S great offer on the meal deal and a wonderful festive selection based on the seasons. The fresh fruit and veg tastes amazing and always tastes top quality fresh and frozen food meals are really tasty. The chocolate and biscuits are the best and I highly recommend the chocolate chunk cookies as they taste delicious warmed up in the microwave. The bakery is always full and has many different savoury and sweet options, the croissants are a must!! The clothing are pricey but fashionable and the gift selection is good for both young and old. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming to this M&S. The cafe is located on ground floor and their are lifts available on all floors, this store is spacious and wheelchair friendly :)

Amy-Bella, wow! I've had the best shopping experience in my life with her, I've been given the most extensive advice on an arrav of suits. I'm now walking out of store with such a great selection of smart wear. I can mix and match several suits all through the winter now! What an incredible lady, thank you so much.

M&S have a decent menswear section covering everyday essentials. You may pay a bit more than in the budget shops, but that's matched by the quality. There's also a compact food hall, featuring a decent selection of lunch items. And a cafe on the ground floor, which is nice and spacious. The staff are always courteous. And there are a pair of lifts if escalators aren't accessible for you.
