There has been a Chinese takeaway here for well over 40years. I don't know if it is run by the same family, but whilst I have several other takeaways closer, I always choose this one above any other.

Lovely friendly Chinese takeaway. The lady at the desk is always super courteous, the food is made quickly and always arrives piping hot. I'm a fan of their sweet and sour menu and have yet to have anything but great tasting food from there. One of the best take aways in Norwich.

Tried this place tonight just because our last meal at our usual place was rubbish but wow am I glad we did as the food was blooming awesome .We dont eat takeaway often but when we do this is our new favourite. We highly recommend it .

Our favourite Chinese take away, we visit here every other Saturday and the service is always fast and friendly.
The food never fails to meet our expectations and the crispy chilli chicken is EPIC.

Golden City is THE best Chinese takeaway in Norwich! The staff have always been friendly and the food has been excellent every time. From the 'chefs specialities' to 'house special curry' & 'beef szechuan' to name but a few, the food is full of flavour, hot and large portions! I would recommend Gold
