Best Chinese I've ever had! Lovely friendly staff, delicious food! Particularly loved the Cantonese style pork belly - highly recommended. I drive over from Costestessy as better than any of the others west of Norwich. Also is the only Chinese takeaway with 5 star hygiene rating this side of Norwich!

Have been ordering from Golden City for many years now and allways happy with their food although the last 2 times the chips which we allways loved were barely cooked ..used to be nice crispy tasty brown ones ,best chips ever ..so please can you do them how they had been for years and why change them ? The best Chinese in Norwich - chicken balls are incredible and the crispy shredded chilli chicken is proper pieces of chicken. Ordered and collected within 10 minutes on a Sunday evening - faultless!

There has been a Chinese takeaway here for well over 40years. I don't know if it is run by the same family, but whilst I have several other takeaways closer, I always choose this one above any other.
The food flavour and portion size , is better than any other local ones I've tried, and the prices are the same or cheaper than others, we have tried, when going around friends who also have their favourite takeaway.
The delivery is usually prompt, and the food is usually hot, unless they are really busy.

lived here 10 years, best chinese I've ever had. always polite, fast and the food is never cold. moved away for a couple of years and would even tell people there how good this place was. was absolutely beside myself when I moved back and ordered from them again. still the great same food, service and value for money (I've never seen so much rice crammed into a tub!!)
