Been using this store for many years, and have purchased kitchen equipment to a three piece suite, and everything else in between.
Staff always super helpful and do not pressure you.

Brilliant department store. We went to look at sofas but this place had so much more. We have listed a sofa that we like but the surprise was the utilities section. We bought a bread bin but had a good look round at the cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils on sale. The coffee shop was lovely too.

Love the customer service here - even for the smallest never pushy, just helpful. Great offers on Christy towels and kitchen gadgets this week. Went in for a 30cm frying pan but the max size was 28cm. Spotted a large Tower pressure cooker near the pans that was cheaper than on Amazon - buy local!
Always our first stop for furniture, great selection, very helpful patient staff, prices always very competitive if not the cheapest we can normally find, got a nice cafe also, highly recommend.
My new recliner chair came today delivery driver was good they rang me to say that they were on the way and the chair I am very pleased with easy to put together and so so comfortable and really good quaility I am relaxing having a cup of tea and siting in my new chair thank you Aldiss

A lovely department store, great helpful staff. Furniture had great deals on , a lovely ercol furniture display and other brands like Parker Knoll and G Plan. Coffee shop/restaurant is also excellent and good value.
Very good store and helpful, friendly staff. I had coffee and a huge scone in the cafe. It was very busy at the time but it's such good value that it's not surprising. They could do with a few more tables but I didn't have to wait long for one to become free. Will definitely go there again.
Had fantastic customer service with this company Great garden furniture exceeded my expectation. Had some stones missing from the fire pit they sent them the next day kept me informed will definitely use again
