Been using this store for many years, and have purchased kitchen equipment to a three piece suite, and everything else in between.
Staff always super helpful and do not pressure you.
.........oh, and there's a nice coffee shop too.
What a wonderful shop. I came here purely by chance after visiting Hughes next door. It’s doesn’t look much from the outside… but as soon as you walk in, you’re met by a beautiful and specious shop layout. Quality brands and items , incredibly professional and helpful staff, and very good prices (plenty of sale items). One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had for a long time 👍🏻
Brilliant department store. We went to look at sofas but this place had so much more. We have listed a sofa that we like but the surprise was the utilities section. We bought a bread bin but had a good look round at the cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils on sale. The coffee shop was lovely too. We enjoyed a latte, cappuccino and scone. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. We will go back.

Great home shop. So much to see and in some cases wish. But great quality, excellent colour choices. Home department superb.
Love the customer service here - even for the smallest never pushy, just helpful. Great offers on Christy towels and kitchen gadgets this week. Went in for a 30cm frying pan but the max size was 28cm. Spotted a large Tower pressure cooker near the pans that was cheaper than on Amazon - buy local! Have bought rugs and furniture over the years, always great quality and VFM. Keep it up Aldiss!!
Always our first stop for furniture, great selection, very helpful patient staff, prices always very competitive if not the cheapest we can normally find, got a nice cafe also, highly recommend.
My new recliner chair came today delivery driver was good they rang me to say that they were on the way and the chair I am very pleased with easy to put together and so so comfortable and really good quaility I am relaxing having a cup of tea and siting in my new chair thank you Aldiss
