I wanted to say thank you to the staff in the ladies clothing department. My mum went in today looking for an outfit for a family wedding and Stephanie was extremely helpful, she took the time to find her a range of styles and sizes, gave her opinion on which styles suited her best, and she even helped my mum to video call me so that I could help from 3 hours away. Stephanie really went the extra mile to help my mum find a dress that she feels confident in and it looks wonderful. Thank you for your help!

Excellent service today from Simon and Richard who delivered our new washing machine on time. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were also neat - tidying away all the packaging and ensuring the new machine was properly installed. Simon even ran through the basic settings with me. Thank you for prompt delivery.

We went into the baby department at John Lewis and we got speaking with Tom.. to say that we feel he went above and beyond great customer service would be an understatement! We had a particular push chair in mind and he was able to help us secure it after going through some alternatives as well ! Thanks Tom!

Just bought an iron from John Lewis which was the display model. It took a member of staff a herculean effort to get through all the red tape for us to buy it. She is an excellent example of what the JL quality mark is all about. So often one is met with indifference and a laissez-faire attitude, not this young lady, she deserves to be employee of the month.

At the start of December I visited the lingerie department for some new underwear. As I'd recently lost weight I didn't know my bra size. I'm quite self conscious but the lady who looked after me (her name was Lisa) made me feel so relaxed and at ease I ended up having the most enjoyable bra shopping experience I think I've ever had. There was a really good selection of different styles, different colours. The only thing I felt was lacking was there wasn't any suspender belts/girdles/waspies. Thoroughly recommended and I shall definitely be going back.

Shopping with my wife today in John Lewis, Norwich. My wife had a voucher card for £30 which we realised had expired four days previously. We spoke to Branwen in customer services who contacted the manager who offered us a partial refund. However, as they were busy and after speaking to other staff members, Branwen renewed our voucher card in full for a further two year period. Great customer service from Branwen and a great asset to the John Lewis company and a very satisfied customer ( my wife)!

Went into the store after 12 years or more, six weeks ago, and was a bit confused at first, due to the perplexing signage detailing whats on what floor, but I was happy and had time to explore. Came across the lighting department, and it was tastefully displayed. I picked what I wanted - a 'Baldwin Table Lamp', and whilst fumbling about trying to decipher which bulb was required, this lady sales assistant came to my rescue. She knew exactly what I needed and happily showed me the way. Now I havent been shopping for 2-3 years, as I buy online.I find it stressful as im Autistic. This lady so impressed me that I now come in at least once a week. Thank you, kind lady.
