Starbucks

One of the standout features of this Starbucks location is its strategic placement within the retail center, ensuring easy access for visitors navigating the maze of shops. The spacious parking lot provides ample room for vehicles of all sizes, alleviating the stress of finding a spot and allowing patrons to seamlessly transition from car to café. Upon entering, guests are greeted by the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the friendly smiles of the barista team. Despite the bustling atmosphere typical of a retail center, the interior of this Starbucks maintains a sense of tranquility, with ample seating options ranging from cozy corners to communal tables.

Having visited Starbucks in the oracle I thought I would try another Starbucks as part of my survey. Good news is the coffee is still good. Also they have very nice gold coins. The ambience is lovely. Lovely reading people just chatting and chilling and doing their own thing. Staff very friendly and smiley. Very clean. Water still good. So all in all it is consistent in quality. Very important for branding. Also like the green aprons. Lots of good merchandise. Wide variety. Good decor. Dog friendly. All in all good place people nice. And will feedback to Starbucks in due course.

Just visited this branch, amazing service from the staff! While I was waiting I had a lady cut in the queue in front of me (not sure if the staff saw) and found she was quite demanding towards the staff. I didn’t say anything and waited my turn (again), was greeted by a lovely lady (Sarah I think) who apologised for the wait, made my order and I was about to pay when another staff member (Jake? His name badge was faded) said it was on the shop for my long wait! As said at the start, brilliant service who go above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate it!
