Always busy, but a really nice place that has a wonderful outdoor aesthetic. The food is as you would expect, but the decorations inside are really nice

Brilliant food but need to put more food in how much more it cost now a days ppl just can not afford to eat at the prices now a day we still get same more but some things cost double
Honestly a lovely little cheeky maccies! The staff are friendly, there's a great atmosphere and cozy ambient lighting. Would reccomend for first dates or hanging out with friends, and it makes for a convenient location to meet with people. Upstairs also has lovely views of the christmas lights! Howe
Staff are extreamly, polite helpful, cheerful and always go the extra mile, they do a fanastic job are up agaist the pressure of a extremily busy store.
Only issue is cleaniness of rest rooms, but dont blame them entierley as youths mess it up and are on a loosing battle.

Visted here while on a day out in Norwich. McDonald's is taking part in the eat out to help out scheme so could not say not when i saw. The Social distancing done really well in the mds. Letting in a set amount of customers. Staff very friendly. Food was great. Could not fault it one bit
Food was hot, delivered to table in 10 minutes from ordering, we were asked if we needed sauces etc on delivery which makes a change for McDonalds.
Very fast service in the morning, but busy times can be a bit slow.
Ordered 23 garlic mayo’s as a test to this restaurant and they did infact deliver all 23 along with our meals lovely job and now I have enough mayonnaise to bathe In.
Nice place just a casual McDonald's in the city, good to get little things for cheap prices. There are just a few mishaps but overall good experience.
This branch of McDonald’s is always mega busy so you have to be mindful of this. One thing I particularly like about this place is that they have a separate waiting area for walk-in customers and delivery drivers so the two never get in the way of each other.
