It's a couple of years since I last visited McDonald's. Cheeseburger was tasty and fries hot. Seating area a bit spartan but overall OK.

I’m disabled, using walking sticks. I ordered on the machine and was standing in a large queue to wait to hear my number called. A member of staff offer to get my order for me, allowing me to sit down while waiting. Thank you so much for helping me.

We were served by a lady called Jessalyn, she was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond for us and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed!

always busy they cant help that situated in city center of norwich really nice location but is always pretty slow and too many people in there at one time so very hard to move but food is always nice and staff are polite

McDonald's offers a delightful variety of dishes, though curry is absent from their menu. However, fear not! Their food is still delectable, satisfying cravings with consistent quality, great service, and value for money.

Standard Mcdonald, really, food was ok. It was a relatively quick service, for a very busy place.Turn over for tables was fast.
A few bad points missed a burger off my order, but it was easily rectified i tried to order from the table on my mobile but wouldn't work.

Always busy, but a really nice place that has a wonderful outdoor aesthetic. The food is as you would expect, but the decorations inside are really nice

Visted here while on a day out in Norwich. McDonald's is taking part in the eat out to help out scheme so could not say not when i saw. The Social distancing done really well in the mds. Letting in a set amount of customers. Staff very friendly. Food was great. Could not fault it one bit

Honestly a lovely little cheeky maccies! The staff are friendly, there's a great atmosphere and cozy ambient lighting. Would reccomend for first dates or hanging out with friends, and it makes for a convenient location to meet with people. Upstairs also has lovely views of the christmas lights! However, the ketchup pump was broken but aside from that it was fine! Even the toilets were clean and smelt okay.
