I like this store the staff are very nice and welcoming and have your food made very fast the only down side is there is not enough seats down stairs

I didn't catch the name of the person who served me but they were amazing! I said I had never been to a subway before and they helped me decide what I should have, such a wholesome and enjoyable experience indeed! Only four stars because I am such a hard man to please.

Firstly I would like to say I received great customer service from the young man called Greg if I remember rightly that is his name, I was disappointed that you no longer do honey sauce or sriracha sauce, those were my first two options which you have removed from the menu and lastly I must say that your seating in your dining area upstairs is bad , and I was appalled to see some of your seats had been mended by duck tape, surly a company as wealthy as yourselves can get new seats, it reminded me of being somewhere in a down and out area. Will you be updating these soon?

I got the Breakwich foot long, it was absolutely amazing and packed with fillings. It did cost just over £8 but I think that's a fair price.
The store is really small and only has a few seats by the looks of it, but it looked very cramped and not somewhere I'd really want to sit and eat.
The staff were nice, the guy that took my order was understanding and recommended the Breakwich foot long which was really good.
Good experience overall, not sure if I'll come back because I don't go to subway often

The food for me will always be great and fresh. The service is okay but definitely quick and attentive staff. The atmosphere of the shop needs to be look at as it's the same layout and looks for the last 12 years, I never missed a week not passing by at this branch so I definitely noticed probably a little changes here a there but nothing really major even the second floor seldom being use or customer are always refrain of using. The signage lighting are currently busted and needs replacing.
