The Artisan Cafe

Popped in for a coffee enroute to Cromer. Every customer appeared to be personally welcomed by a staff member which was really nice and rarely seen in a cafe. He also had a small chat with us when we were leaving which added that little extra to our visit. The cafe was surprisingly busy but didn't feel that way and was relaxing sitting down by our upstairs window seat. The coffee was good quality and we had a nice break from our drive. We'd both visit again.

Popped in for a coffee after pumpkin picking, the gentleman on the door welcoming customer ls was absolutely fantastic I don't think I have ever experienced that ever in my life but it made us feel so welcome, even with our slightly muddy boots! Fab coffee and delicious KitKat slices. Will definitely go back

Faultless service. Came in at 1200 and it was quite busy, the host immediately greeted us with great vibes and got us a table whilst we browsed the cakes. Great banter with the server too! Fantastic atmosphere. Great seasonal decor and , moody lighting, and a bubbling atmosphere from the customers made it a lovely stop for coffee. Milky Way blondie & bounty brownie tasted amazing, however were too firm for my tastes. Would recommend booking in advance for larger groups (2+) or sit down meals to avoid disappointment. One not to be missed! Will return for lunch.

We booked a table for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. A friendly welcome preceded prompt service. My husband selected the pie option and I had the pork roast. It was all beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was busy but this did not prevent the staff from being attentive and having a smile on their faces. Well done Artisan! 👏 We will be back 😁

lf you are a cheese scone lover then you must try this place. The cheese crust on top of the scone adds a finishing touch. l had the pasta and my husband had the sweetchill chicken wrap, and they were both flavoursome. The service was very friendly and attentive. We both enjoyed the whole experience and would definately return. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Visited today for the first time with my wife. We have driven past many times saying “ we will visit one day” my goodness I’m glad that we did! Staff go the extra mile to make sure you are looked after and happy. The food was fantastic and service very quickly! We will be back again very soon! Thanks!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Looking to make this a weekly treat. We had the Brisket Burger with cheese, bacon, chips and coleslaw on the side and a portion of cheesy chips. After which we couldn't resist the Freddo Millionaire Shortbread which was Gluten Free so my ceoliac partner could enjoy something new and interesting for a change and I had the Bueno white chocolate rocky road with marshmallows. Along with my oat latte and the atmosphere created by perfect weather and peacocks roaming free there was absolutely nothing to complain about Can't wait to go back. The staff were absolutely lovely and made our day
