Celebrated our 18 year anniversary with a garden room and breakfast at Harts. It was delightful! Our first visit but definitely not the last, service, facilities and food all top notch. 👏

Everyone at this hotel was so nice and helpful! We'd been in a car accident and so my mother in law booked here as they're dog friendly (knowing how long a&e can take) and the whole experience with them was so comforting and pleasant. Simon was especially amazing!
Even when our dog bled in the room and we had to rush her to the emergency vet, they got the room clean and were kind enough to not charge us for cleaning even after we offered. Their kindness was definitely needed and greatly appreciated, and we can't wait to come back and actually get to fully enjoy our stay! The rooms were so nice and breakfast was amazing, and to top it all off they were super accommodating to us being vegan!

I went here for a meal, the staff are so lovely and patient and kind, the food is absolutely incredible, you get exactly what you pay for, if not better, I would go here again any day

We had a lovely Sunday lunch here with friends. As we are local to Nottingham we have not stayed here. The decor and atmosphere is refined but relaxed, especially for Sunday lunch which is family friendly. Service is efficient and food delicious. Would strongly recommend the partridge. Bloody Mary's were very special too

Spent a great 2 nights at Harts last weekend . Adam , the manager and all the staff were so helpful and friendly. The restaurant meal on both nights was superb. Nice touch to provide a half bottle of fresh milk in the room fridge for making tea. Wonderful location by the Park .

Wonderful hotel with first class friendly service. Great good both evening meal and breakfast. Rooms are not large which is usual for city centre hotel and its a great location. The rooms were clean and nice and the garden room was worth it to have access outside and a patio area. What sets the hotel apart was the truly outstanding helpfulness and friendly nature of every single one of the staff at every stage. Congratulations and thank you.
