It was my first time visiting Zizzi, My friends and I gathered to celebrate a clean time birthday. Considering that it was my 1st time eating out in quite a while, I was full of expectations and I'm pleased to say that my expectations were met. We ordered from the set menu, and I had the pleasure of having the caramelised onion garlic bread to start with followed by herb-rolled pork belly and chocolate melt for dessert. All of my meals were cooked to perfection, my highlight is the herb-rolled pork belly which was a delight 😊. The staff were very attentive and patient which enhanced our experience.

I rated this out 4 out of 5 because the food is excellent and the service is always friendly and inviting however I am gluten intolerant and I have to scan on my phone for the menu to see what I can eat. It is very complicated and becomes a nuisance. A Gluten free menu would definitely make this a 5 out of 5 review and possibly my best dining experience.

Probably the best restaurant experience we have had for sometime. From the second we walked in the staff were absolutely brilliant (Sharon served us) and that goes for the food as well.

Nicholas was fantastic! I travelled to Nottingham to meet family for a dinner out, we went to the very welcoming, warm and inviting Zizzi restaurant for dinner. It was a lovely catch-up but by a milestone, Nicholas went above and beyond to accommodate and look after us with such personalised, warm and friendly service.
He really is an aspect to your branch and works the restaurant like clockwork! I hope management recognise his thorough efforts and how he desires relationship with his customers!

The food was AMAZING! I had the Spinach Calzone which was divine. However, the best part of this experience was our waitress Serena who was genuinely the loveliest, most attentive, best waitress I’ve ever had! She was so friendly and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our night which was so refreshing! Highly recommend

Just been for like a rare child free meal. The food was really good, especially the sharing starter. But the standout was definitely the service. Serena (name from the bill) the waitress, big smiles, engaging and definitely made the meal! Thanks for a great lunch.

Interesting menu. Really enjoyed the food and wine. But on arrival advised by 2 members of staff that table was available for one hour only, despite prebooking. This was due to it 'being very busy' [14th Feb] and the orders were from senior management. I understand there is a need to make money, but this would put me off returning. If I had turned up without prebooking I would have been happier to accept this, but most likely would have left!
Felt sorry for the staff, but they were excellent and in the end we were there almost 2 hours, which is a more reasonable time to eat 3 courses. Venue had really bright lights and tables sardined into too small a space.
