What a lovely find in Nottingham! Super location, delicious food and wine and terrific and attentive service from Daniel. He's quite a character and adds a wonderful and authentic Italian flavour to the restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.

We came here for a colleague's leaving do. Danial really looked after us and was an amazing attentive waiter. The food was lovely, authentic Italian and the atmosphere was 10/10. Absolutely would recommend for a date or group event 😊

This was our first visit to Piccolino. I went with my daughter and three year old granddaughter for an early dinner. The service was superb throughout the entire meal. Every member of staff was polite, efficient and cheerful. And everyone made a point of engaging with my small granddaughter, which she loved. We ordered a range of starters and main courses all of which arrived quickly, and tasted delicious. My daughter also commented on how good the wine was. A special thank you must go Daniele, who was our main waiter. He was the epitome of a professional waiter, and again, went out of his way to chat to my granddaughter, which made her feel included, so she enjoyed her meal, which allowed us to enjoy ours. She even had to find him and give him a hug when we left. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Although this was our first visit, it won't be our last. Grazie to all the staff.

I have been looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, in Nottingham, for a while now, however been always disappointed.
That is not the case for Piccolino in Nottingham.
We’ve been warmly welcomed at the entrance. Service has been beautiful and entertaining, thanks to Daniel. Wonderful soul must say. Daniel has ensured everything went smooth and kept warming us with a smile and a nice chat, whether it was in Italian or English.
Ambiance was lovely, very busy but very nice.
I had pizza Capricciosa, which I must say, was delicious. My husband had spaghetti ai frutti di mare and you could tell it was fresh and super tasty. We finished the night with tiramisù and been surprised with a beautiful quote as well, as we were celebrating our anniversary, must say, I can’t wait for the next time!!
And Daniel, thank you again, it’s been fantastic meeting you! And to everyone else with whom we interacted!

The stuff was very lovely, me and my friend came in on a very busy night without a reservation and they still managed to find us a lovely table with minimal wait. The food was amazing, my friend had the Bolognese and the past was so smooth, I had the diavola pizza which was amazing and spicy. The cocktails were just perfect. But what made the night perfect was how amazing the stuff was.

I just had the best pasta ever!! I had Paccheri All'Arrabbiata and it was decilious! The sauce was just the right level of spice with the chilli, garlic amd tomato pasta sauce. I really recommend this, especially if your vegetarian.
The waiter, Daniel, was very welcoming, polite and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Visited here with my partner and though we didn't have a reservation we managed to get a seat, so would recommend booking a table in advance. The food is just lovely and can't be faulted. They have an extensive wine selection and the servers are able to help with wine and food pairing. We will definitely be coming again.
