Not a bad bit of food and the cider was ok, not everyone in our group had the same experience! The mixed grill is worth choosing. I would eat here again.

Attended a post wedding get together here and I was very impressed. The area was decorated very nicely and the food provided was really enjoyable. Zoe and her team did a great job!

Excellent lunch at the hemlockstone. Great choice of food and drink. Good lunchtime meal deal 2 course's for £8.49. Fish was a good portion and large waffle. Staff were very attentive and friendly and great service.

5 of us met up for a catch up meal. The whole experience was good. Nice window table, generous starter, excellent main course and scrumptious pud. Incredibly, I was given a glass of Merlot that was at room temperature. Virtually unheard of in England! We will be back!

First time visit, the staff were welcoming and showed us straight to our table, ordered via the app and the drinks were delivered quickly, the food was delivered to our table pretty quickly too and all dishes were lovely, we will be back 😊

It was obvious, for a bank holiday, that your were understaffed. This being said, the staff on duty did their best to ensure everyone was looked after as quickly as they could. A few order mistakes were corrected quickly. As a family we have visited many times but this was not a good representation

Went for Sunday lunch, enjoyable plenty of tables free. Lunch very quickly, looked a little dry however the gravy In the gravy boat helped.

Named after a local geographical feature, this is an excellent restaurant and pub. Top class food at a reasonable price, pleasant staff, good parking, comfortable seating area, garden .... What more could you want?

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s the best pub in Wollaton. Very friendly staff (especially the landlady), and great choice of drinks. Only suggestion would be bring back the Sky Sports TVs in the bar area to attract the drinkers going to the Rodney to watch the sports. Especially since Fore
