A nice friendly local pub.
Disappointed on our third visit that the Thursday quiz night was abandoned because of lack of support.
It's probably a sign of the times, where folk are staying in, I hope not.

Me and Big Gazza stopped by here after having the Quadruple Cheeseburger. The Cuckoo Bush Inn is very impressive! as soon as I walked in I could smell how hard the staff worked, it was like a salty sauna in there, brilliant!
Me and Big Gazza ordered a few pints and had some Jägerbombs, the drinks were top quality. 10/10 from me.

Such an improvement since Laura and Ben have taken over. The pub is alive again. Quite a few people were eating last night including our group of nine. All the meals came out together and all were very good. Only slight downside was the the portion sizes were a bit on the small size for the men but perfect for us women. Would definitely recommend trying the food all of which was excellent value for money.
