We ordered multiple starters and mixed grills ... they were delicious 😋.
Chicken handi and mixed lentil daal was okiesh.
It is on the main road with no parking, we parked in nearest Morrison and walked to the restaurant.
Staff wasn't much attentive if you needed something... had to wait for someone to notice you.

A good place to grab Pakistani food, their BBQ is the best. They take cash payments only so when you go it’s advisable to get some cash with you. You might face difficulties with parking as well.

Amazing food cheapest in. Nottinghamshire. Thanks Google for showing us this place kids love it I love it and wife triple time loves it because she doesn't need to cook for the night lol.
Could do with more seating area as we live 50 miles away Lincoln so was disappointed last time turned uo for iftaar and no tables left so had to go home hungry 50 miles again.

From healthy hearty food to good soul food, Desi Express has it and is THE place to go. From a very young age, I’ve been coming here to eat and it’s beautiful to see how the people working there, the food and the interior has progressed. I am both enamoured and impressed with the devotion that the staff have to their work and the service they provide. For me, as a mixed desi Asian I have attended many food places that try to really conceptualise and deliver traditional food. It also makes me someone who is very particular about what she likes and she knows her stuff. However, nowhere holds a place in my heart like Desi Express.

We travelled all the way from Birmingham, place is small but the food is amazing, we absolutely loved the food, lamb chops, grilled fish and chicken curry, we had to order more lamps, and they served us warm jalibii with tea, staff went out of there way for us, amazing lil place

Was passing through, needed a traditional desi curry hard to find find during this COVID19 time. Went for a lamb curry, and it was bang on! Fresh rotis and nan to go with it. Delicious, nice and spicy to point it didn't distract from the flavours. Great service, and fantastic value for money. Puts expensive restaurants to shame. Highly recommended.
Only issue was parking, but once you get that sorted your good.

Its one restaurant for tasty authentic indian takeaway. It has indian as well as oakistani dishes nevertheless. Very quick service. My non indian friends love the food here more than I do. Overall very satisfying experience.

Ordered a takeaway, They got order wrong and overcharged us. <br/><br/>Opened food was stone cold to the point we thought the curry was frozen!! <br/><br/>After microwaving food started to eat it, it was then we realised just how vile the food and place was. <br/><br/>Would not eat from there again even if they offered free food.
