Lovely pub/restaurant. Interesting local history on the walls. Food isn't fancy but is tasty and reasonably priced. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Hot drinks are refillable which is a nice touch. Staff we had contact with were friendly but we did order through the app which was quick and easy.

Nice friendly local, lots of seating for all abilities. A few betting machines. Overall the second nicest Wetherspoon in Nottingham. Definitely recommend as a spot to meet up with friends to have “a nice old chin wag”

Beautiful building , lovely decor, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff , food is good basic good value no complaints from me . You obviously can get better quality for a much higher price but I enjoyed it so very happy 😊

Food serve in hot plate, waiting time was less than 15 minutes on Saturday noon. Parking is 2 street next to the pub and up to 2 hour free on resident parking bay (restrict parking area)

Went on a Sunday morning for a Spoons Breakfast. Modern, clean, grand looking pub with attentive and helpful staff. Our food was served quickly and but for the tepid baked beans (standard in every Spoons for reasons I cannot fathom) the food was great. Happy to return for more classic Spoons value in a lovely setting

Came here with my boyfriend for Sunday dinner. He really liked the large mixed grill, chips were cooked to perfection. I had grilled chicken and mapel cured bacon salad I forgot to ask for no tomato or onion, would of like ceaser salad dressing but they didn't have any. It still tasted nice with garlic n herb dip.

Paulette's a credit to the business! No problem or attitude to try before you buy. Some nice plants upstairs on the second floor. This Spoons doesn't have an outdoor space, but does have two tiered flooring. Try the Nottingham local ales.

Food was a disappointing, I order a panini of ham and cheese, the chef never even bothered to put a little salad as dressing plate! it look very sad on the plate on its own, it does not matter what you order the first thing you visually see on your plate sets the tone is important and will encourage people to return instead of an unwelcoming or ca n't-be-bothered attitude comes to mind.
