Walked past the butchers this morning and popped in out of curiosity. Couldn’t resist buying some dry aged rump steak and lamb sausages. Great meat. Especially beef steaks. Great cured bacon but a bit salty for some. Incredible range of sausages. Really good pork pies too.

Went to a sausage and burger making night. Great fun, thoroughly enjoyed it. Under the expert guidance of Johnny we added our own flavours to what we were making.

Johny and his lovely familly provided the most delicious food for our post wedding party day :) His sausages are still the best I have ever eaten and would highly recommend it with his version of melted crispy cheese :) 10/10

Snobby burger is hands down the best burger in Nottingham. Its a little more pricey than other burger takeaways but worth every penny. In case you're wondering the burger in the picture is the Juicy Lucy with braised bbq beef added to the top and 100% gets my recommendation

I have used this butcher for years. Great guys throughout. We ordered their new Snobby Burgers and they were great. The beef burger is proper meaty and delicious, but the star of the show was the Hungarian burger. Absolutely phenomenal. Def worth a try 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Fabulous friendly staff, I always come away from the shop buying much more than I intended to, the range of sausages is particularly tempting. Fantastic quality meats, good variety too. I think they concentrate on quality over quantity. Toast Deli use their produce, and that is one of the best places for breakfast in Nottingham.
