Johnny Pusztai’s The Snobby Butcher Bistro

So for my birthday back in October, my fabulous and beautiful wife brought me a day experience with the boys at the snobby Butcher, this day is just amazing, from start to finish and fantastic friendships made that day, Don’t be a spectator be the butchers apprentice , if you love meat there is plenty to go around, from preparing the meat for the counter, to boning out the pigs , pork, to all the succulent cuts of the meat, plus we did the magic in the basement in Johnnys salt dungeon ( top secret this bit ) I made my own sausages and burgers with Steve showing me the ropes on how to manage the sausages machine. You take home your sausages you make to and lots of other fantastic bits to , My Thor hammer was the best bit of meat I took home and prepared by myself under the watchful eye of the master. This day was just amazing and it’s just the start of fabulous things to come with these boys , super gift from the wife and an unforgettable experience thank to the boys at the snobby butcher. Walked past the butchers this morning and popped in out of curiosity. Couldn’t resist buying some dry aged rump steak and lamb sausages. Cooked both for dinner and honestly some of the best steak my son and I have eaten. Merguiz sausage was super tasty too. Txs a lot think I have found my butcher of choice :-)

Great place. Went to a sausage and burger making night. Great fun, thoroughly enjoyed it. Under the expert guidance of Johnny we added our own flavours to what we were making. We were fed some of the lovely produce that the shop stocks and then got to take home the sausages and burgers that we’d made.
