Group of 10 having food from the Christmas menu. Really tasty starters, most of us had the traditional turkey, very generous portions and well presented. A good choice of deserts which were also very tasty. Very good value for money and excellent service throughout. We had great evening thanks to all the staff at the Tavern.

Under new management the meal was so much better than previously. The Tavern was busier than usual and therefore had a really nice atmosphere. We will be returning on a regular basis. Now that it’s getting busier I would recommend booking in advance.

Top food and a great atmosphere! Really busy on a Thursday night and it’s understandable why! The food was really nice, we ordered off the 2 for £13.99 menu and the portions were big!
