My 1st ever taco bell experience, service and queuing is what you expect in a busy fast food place at a busy time of day. The food thou is just superb, just looking for a reason to pop back and have another one now. Lol
The staff were really helpful and the duty manager took the time to go through all of the options for my three kids and I. The food was ready with a few minutes, and was good quality and very tasty. It was a new experience for us, and was made very enjoyable thanks to the staff. Will definitely return!
I've been to the one in Leicester a few times but I'm in Nottingham often and it's only a stones throw away from the hospital. Getting there was a breeze with parking right outside for disabled badge holders. I get there expecting them to not even have it ready (which is what happens when I click and collect in leics). To my surprise it was there and ready. I was greeted by 4 really lovely people who also divided the order into separate bags for ease of movement haha. It was clean and tidy, whereas the Leicestershire branch is worn down and manky. They were all so kind and welcoming the order was spot on. We had SO many condiments which we don't get in leics and it was all packed nicely and still hot! Fillings were generous and beautifully done. The Taco was layered to perfection! I got it home and the cheese was still perfectly sprinkled on top. It truly was delicious and made with care. Thank you! Will be back!
Taco Bell food is amazing!! It tastes homemade too which is something I appreciate.
One would expect to see the outlet full, with queues and all, but there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant. There were however, a number of delivery pick-ups which shows that a number of people do like it.
Perhaps if the ambience of the outlets were a bit more... cultured, a bit more...inviting, it could help to get more people to check the food out as well as eat in, not just takeaway. It's Mexican food, perhaps a bit of Mexican decor would help 🤷🏽♀️ I don't know.
Anyway, the food and customer service was excellent.
Fast food that's actually fast. Always tastes great, reasonably priced. Good atmosphere.
Taco Bell is the best! You don’t wait long for your food and it’s the perfect temperature to eat straight away. Lots of choices of meals, sides etc and very affordable. The refillable drinks are great too :)
We had the Crunchwrap craving meal - via Deliveroo. (Quick delivery) Very nice food too. Fries were warm and tasty. Could do with a bit more beef in the soft tacos. Love the Crunchwrap supremes. The cinnamon twists were very nice. We’ve eaten at Taco Bell in Las Vegas. Not too bad for England versions.
This was my first trip to a taco bell and my, my, what a place. Burritos and churros are enough to please any sane human with taste buds. The drinks selection was absolutely peak- iced tea at a takeaway joint? Simply unheard of. The staff were also incredibly kind and we were given a free drink and free churros for answering a survey on their website. Why on earth would anyone choose McDonald's over this Mexican haven of culinary delights?
Went in for an early lunch by myself, had a bit of a wait as food was cooked to order. All tables where empty and clean. The self order screens are good and quick to order, you can see all items and customise your order if you need to.
Atmosphere was ok, I sat with my ear buds in and no one bothered me.
We went at around 2pm on a Sunday, it was fairly quiet, we was served promptly, and our order was correct, and also the food was delicious. For some reason it's my 5 year old daughter's favourite eat out place too and I can ensure she eats everything put in front of her from here.
Food that we ordered was reasonably good. It was a self service restaurant so can't comment on service. However food was ready in real time. Atmosphere was bit noisy with loud music. Washrooms were clean and sufficient in number.
Service was great, helpful and friendly staff, food was good, fries not to hot, atmosphere wasn't very welcoming, litter around and people just hanging around not eating.
