I visit regularly for lunch staff are very friendly and efficient! The salad boxes are the best, really generous helpings of chicken and bursting full of salad. The jacket potatoes are perfect if you want comfort food and they are often gigantic, again, they don't scrimp on fillings! I have also used flavours to cater a few of our meetings and events for up to 30 which was very good value plus excellent feedback on the food, they are my first choice locally for catering meetings.
Friendly staff, good portions on most hinges, great salad boxes and a cracking cooked breakfast. The seating upstairs is quite quiet on weekdays as well if you want to sit in
You're spoiled for choice for great places to eat in Hockley, but sometimes you fancy something less hipster or want or need to spend a little less, but still want something better than just buying a sandwich from the Sainsburys' up the hill. Flavour of Hockley is generous with it's portions, reasonable with its prices, and is exactly what it needs to be. Long may it persist.

Great little place for breakfast lunch etc. Great value, great food and really friendly staff. Big range of food and drink to takeaway and there's seating upstairs too. They've been on Hockley a long time and for good reason!
