The quality of products and services are good. Clothes last long without fading colors. a very good collection of home furniture and Kitchen items.
Nice shop. Grabbed breakfast here. Food was quite food for a department store.
Excellent shop. Unfortunately the toilets were quite unclean. Some bargains got today so definitely worth a look. The layout is pretty straightforward and lots to browse. A quick shopping trip turned into an hour! Cafe was pleasent and staffed well. All was clean and presentable there. Although we only had a tea... it was worth it as we needed refreshment.
Was great place to go until it shut. The Pigeon still like the sign it's a great place to sit.
Debenhams has existed long before I was born, so will be very sad to see it go :( especially this Nottingham store. It's such an prominent part of Nottingham City Centre and takes up a very large amount of retail space, spread out over 4 floors. I've always enjoyed my shopping experience here, especially the perfume section.
Great selection of all things that you need, clothing, kids toys, perfume and makeup. I love especially their perfume section as they are very attentive and helpful. Only downside is that their men's section is fairly small- in terms of sizes available in store. Otherwise, excellent one stop shopping.
Very nice meal for all our family, didn't have to order on the stupid app. The lovely waitress (Fantastic girl)took our order and everything came out perfect.
Got my travel money from here, best rate available. Reasonable service - got told by the young girl that she couldn't let me know when the money had arrived so had to call or pop into store, however when I popped instore the other member of staff said this was not the case. Better communication required. Other than that good service and product.
Went to restaurant for lunch today. I had the daily roast which was nice but I feel slightly over priced, especially as the vegetables were from frozen. The service was average, a little wait as only one person serving food. The person serving beverages was very animated and friendly.
We got a personal shopper due to my wife's disabilities, ...1st class service, she picked all the right things..
The shop is packed with goods , so not much room to move around , especially if in a wheelchair.
