Came here Sunday, ordered food, 5 minutes later my son swung back on his chair and split his head open, a lovely waitress who I didn't get the name of and a manager called john rushed over to help, we all knew by the look of it that he needed it glueing so they helped us bandage his head up and boxed our food up. Thank you so much for all your help and compassion, hopefully next time we come we will get to actually eat our food and dessert and drink the beer we ordered �
We have not been to pizza hut in a very long time!
Defiantly not be returning again
There was certainly lack of staff when we arrived. Once our food was given, no one came to see if we needed anything.
Had to help ourself to tissues & culturally
Had to ask twice for my bill, as the assistant was talking
We ordered a margarita pizza, which was horrible and tasteless
That night we all had stomach cramps and diarrhoea.
It was my little boys 1st visit to Pizza Hut last week and he absolutely loved it.
Lovely welcome by the manager who was extremely friendly, helpful and informative.
We all had the buffet which was fantastic, pizza has fresh and hot, as was the pasta. Lots of choice on the well stocked salad bar. Nice and clean couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Next time we must leave room for ice cream. Thank you for going above and beyond
Very quiet we went for the buffet. The service was great and all the staff were so helpful. I had a refillable drink and the screen that I i used to refill was very dirty. The food was great however when I first got food some of the older pizzas were very chewy. If you or someone that you're planning on bringing are picky eaters I would maybe rethink as one person we came with would only eat cheese and pepperoni, when we first arrived there was no cheese and only a few slices of pepperoni so we had to wait until more pizza came out. One person i came with had some of the pasta and said it tasted aufull and that the garlic bread just tasted like bread. For any fizzy drinks be prepared to spend about 3.75. Other than that the rest of the food was great and the servers were really friendly and helpful.
Had the weekday lunch buffet. We were served by a very nice and friendly staff member. She let us choose where we sat in the conservatory bit which was really nice and private. The food was amazing and plentiful - unlimited pizza, pasta and salad. We loved the variety of pizzas they provided - all were hot and tasty! Good price too for £9.99 per person! Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our GOAT and Supreme pizzas. Had a very long wait for our dessert though (over half an hour), when the restaurant was not busy. Unlimited free salad is always a bonus. The cookie dough sharer was nice, we had the white chocolate & caramel and cookies & creme to share
Decent food and staff are friendly. Do think it could do with a deep clean. On a few occasions our seats and tables have been filthy and the place was dead so no excuse really. Staff sorted it swiftly and we enjoyed the rest of our time.

Variety was good, onlybissue was I wished there was less of the mushroom Variety and added Garlic and cheese pizza.
staff were lovely, very helpful, food was great ,only reason I'm giving it a 4 and no a 5 I the price ,wow £20 for a buffet is steep x
Today we went to pizza hut. Our server was Chris and he did an amazing job. we had an amazing meal and great service. But I will mention that if you plan on using the provided knifes to cut the pizza you will have no hope as the knifes are very blunt.

AMAZING SERVICE, WOULD RETURN HAPPILY! Me and my partner went to this restaurant and we were very impressed by the professionalism and the work ethic of the staff that were working the night of the 28th July 2022. It seemed like they were very short staffed and the restaurant was extremely busy. 2 staff members in particular were absolutely outstanding, Charlotte and Steven!
I want to thank them two in especially as they were working so hard to make everyone's experience the best they possiblely could given the circumstances of the night! A massive thank you!
Excellent service. Have visited frequently and the staff are always brilliant .
