It's always good to get a check up here at "Maxillofacial Unit" by the specialist GDP... Dr. Ahmed is always polite and very informative about dental issues, and advice on treatments and managing issues. Back here again to see Dr Mehta, for TMJ appointment, staff are always very friendly, and polit
Upon entry I was told strikes were currently taking place. My heart sank I though my god what a time to need to come here. I needn’t have worried, all staff had it under control like military precision and with a smile on their face. If they were stressed it didn’t show. The staff were so friendly a
Was at the queens medical centre recently had good facilities with a Costa, Coop a clothes shop and a Pret. Parking is extremely expensive and drop off is very hit and miss. Toilets are mostly clean but occasionally in a bad condition. Overall good with lots of friendly staff on hand if you get lost
Went in today for day surgery. From getting there at 830am to leaving around dinner the staff was amazing. Helpful, friendly and kept looking in on me. Aftern surgery I was even offered a hot drink with some biscuits Overall a great experience for me.
Our mum was rushed to hospital after having a seizure during a doctors appointment. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes and the ambulance staff were extremely professional. It’s only when you require the use of the NHS that you realise how invaluable it is. It’s something that you take for gran

Had an eye injury, and went to eye casualty queens medical. Awesome experience 1) plenty of car parking options 2) Triaged according to priority, not by nationality like in the Middle East. 3) Seen by ER nurse, treated by ACP and Ophthalmologist. Professional approach, good communication. 4) Pharma
Very large hospital. I got lost in the carpark before even entering the building. Lots of parking spaces. Although getting lost, and the signs within the hospital not being very helpful, there were plenty of staff about. I didn't even have to ask for help, I was offered assistance on numerous occasi
Went here when I fractured my ankle and so tore a ligament. It was clean and tidy in the waiting room, and I was seen for the Triage after about 20 minutes and then was having an X ray after about another hour. The whole time there was under 2 1/2 house and I felt happy with the care and attention g
Had to attend the a&e dept on Sunday due to a head injury. All the staff were amazing and worked so hard. The nurses looking after me couldn't have done any better and stitched me up painlessly. Everybody was treated with respect and compassion. Paramedics George and Jane were also brilliant.
I had to attend eye outpatient today due to eye issues, I saw Mrs Abbercombe what a wonderful doctor she was very straightforward and upfront yet welcoming. Thanks so much wish we all had a Mrs Abbercombe.
