Visit Costa quite a lot and always a good cup of coffee but what annoys me is why I should pay quite a bit more for the same coffee on the motorway it's still A Costco coffee shop just the same
Today I visited this Costa drive thru at castle marina retail park in Nottingham.
The drive thru was very efficient, I didn't have to wait very long to get my coffee.
The coffee lived up to my expectations of a Costa coffee, it was nice.
Great food and coffee. The problem is with the clearing up afterwards. The staff don't seem aware that tables need clearing. Then, when they clear them, they don't seem to consider it might be a good idea to give them a wipe over, ready for the next users. Honestly, it isn't rocket science! This isn't the only Costa where this obliviousness has permeated. A simple time and motion study would easily resolve things.

Very busy store but that in mind effectient service and lots of choice of food on offer.
They’ve had major improvements, there’s a much wider choice of products now compared to a few years back. Inside is cosier and decor has been refreshed. The outside seating is my favourite thing about this branch. Some staff could be friendlier but there are others who are lovely.
Amazing place but needs more inside seating area, people were struggling to find seats whilst causal people who havent even ordered were sitting back at table overall its a great place only wish they had offers on
Very nice Costa store. Annoying they no longer serve almond milk or the mint chocolate frappe.
Relatively busy but staff were managing to clear and clean tables very quickly after they became vacant. Service was much improved from the usual wait, although it was a quieter day.
Always love this place food and coffee amazing Jack is great with the customers and made us feel really valued can't wait to go here again
I had oat latte.pain au rasin. 12yr old niece caramel frappe.both drinks were good .but the piano au rasin needed warming as it wasn't fresh that day
