Mcdonald's

I stopped in for a treat and it was lovely and fresh, my fries and fish fingers were lovely and hot. The staff maintained a good service despite it being extremely busy. I had mine to go so can't really comment on atmosphere, but considering the restaurant was clean and let in plenty of natural light I imagine the atmosphere would be very relaxing. All in it was a very pleasant visit. ☺️

Me and my friend were able to get fast food from here before catching a train and the staff were helpful, assisting me perfectly in fixing my McDonald's app when I could not order a discount breakfast deal initially! I enjoyed well-cooked pancakes with sausage, accompanied by a refreshing bottle of milk on the deal. The seating was fine for a brief stop and we had a well-sized table, at which the waiting time was not long. Cleanliness had been maintained in the area and my friend also liked his deal, though he gave me his hash brown and it was at a suitable warmth!

Although it was a brief stop, it was very pleasant. My little one managed to knock over a fresh coffee on the table and make a "bit" of a mess. The staff were absolutely wonderful about the mistake. They were very kind about the situation, not even slightly judgemental, and even replaced the coffee for my sister. They made my little one chuckle, and they were extremely friendly to her despite the additional task of cleaning a spillage. A lovely blue balloon made her day, too. Even though it was busy, the service was still quick, and the staff were very friendly. Wonderful service.

Nice place to hang out with friends but the toilets are a real issue. For the last 3 times I have been to this place I could smell the toilets from a while away. The food is good but I'd say overpriced. Not bad. EDIT: The TOILET issue still hasn't been resolved so I will take off a star. This is poor. Despite leaving a review and mentioning this issue plenty of times, still it's not resolved! EDIT2 (27/1/22): Toilets were fantastic this time. Definitely an improvement and staff are still friendly. Order was quick and correct. Now this McDonald's can have it's 4* now. EDIT3 (31/1/22): Brilliant friendly staff and the toilets are still top notch. 5*

Joy of knowledgeable treats. Seems whenever or wherever we go out for a day we must and do find a McDs. I liked this one as made a point of checking order, have gone short elsewhere. However the McFlurry large and small were hardly any variation in quantity (large only half filled) and Caramel Frappe looked off putting when i reached the bottom. However still enjoyed all as always and went home very happy.

Since I was in the street of Nottingham (a city that I have always liked, because it knows how to tell us its story, through its austere and ancient buildings that surround it), at lunch time, I thought it appropriate (to have a quick snack),to stop at the MC DONALD'S. I can say (with real pleasure )that despite the fact that there were many people queuing at the till to order the food; my wait for the order was quick and....in a short time,to have my favorite food. Although there had been many customers to serve, the cleaning of the room has always been excellent and the staff,despite the amount of work, has always been friendly with all customers. To conclude this review of mine; I can recommend it,with absolute certainty, to all those who are in that area of the city and who want to have a quick meal.
