5 stars to the girls on shift today behind the counter. Clearly understaffed on a busy day with big queues. Provided excellent customer service and kept a warm and welcoming atmosphere whilst tackling the non stop queue. I hope they receive some recognition for their efforts today . I believe their names were: daniela and marsha

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! Gentlemen called Joe served us and he was fab! So welcoming, courteous friendly...we will definitely be back just due to this experience today. He is a credit and great asset to the Costa brand! Cakes were lovely, coffee were perfect, very hot and well made. Was busy due to half term holidays but tables were cleared immediately and wiped down.

Called in after tackling the Christmas shopping queues. It was very busy but tables were being cleared and cleaned very quickly. Service was excellent. Whilst in the queue I saw a member of staff carry a tray for a lady who had problems walking. I was prepared to carry my tray but the assistant insisted it wasn't a problem. I looked around quickly and commented I'd better use the tall stools so I wasn't taking a table for 4 to myself. I was assured it wasn't an issue and I could go wherever I wanted. I suddenly spotted a table in a corner for 2 which I indicated. My drink and chocolate orange muffin were placed on the table and I was asked to enjoy (which I did). Although a table for 2 it's a squeeze to sit in the corner as to move the table out means partial obstruction of the walkway for the toilet. However only being small build and on my own this wasn't an issue. Having enjoyed my food and drink I had relaxed and felt ready for tackling the Christmas hordes before going home.
