Came in at a hectic period in the evening on a weekend, however the staff kept their cool and still remained very friendly and accommodating. Given the amount of customers coming in, cleaning and clearing up used cups and plates was left on the back burner, which wasn’t great for cleanliness.

This Costa Coffee in Nottingham on Friar Lane, is much the same as many other Costa Coffee shops - good service - a few tables with previous customers cups etc on them....
