I'm not a huge fan of wetherspoons, but I really can't complain. The food was delicious and came out surprisingly fast and at a great price . The service was good, and the building itself was a pleasant surprise. My only improvement would be if the pizza was pre sliced or came with a cutter instead of a steak knife.
We have been here many times before but this time my wife ordered the steak medium/well and it was still mooing. I asked them to cook it longer for her after bring it back the blood was still pouring out and extremely red on the inside. Also please bring back the 6oz burgers because the 3oz ones are way too dry for being over cooked to quick.
It's conveniently located in Bullwell Town centre. It's a lovely and well decorated historical building... the staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was good, but the meat is overcooked for a mixed grill, so it's dry! Drinks service at the bar is efficient!
