Probably the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The piece of fish was cut thick and perfectly cooked, moist and tasty with crisp batter and the chips were also perfectly crispy. And they stayed crispy as they're served in a cardboard box (I know I go on about cardboard boxes and their effect on chips and fries in reviews, but it's the only way to transport them without them going soggy). You just get the feeling they really care about what they're selling when you go into the place. Excellent.

Very pleasantly surprised with my visit here. Everything was freshly cooked to order and wasn't at all greasy . Although it was late afternoon I was offered the lunchtime menu which was just enough for me. Three table to eat at which were all clean. Mug of tea was bought to my table. As a woman eating alone I felt very comfortable in here.

Fantastic service and food cant really fault them apart from the last couple of occasions where the mushy peas was just a solid dry lump when came out of carton. Then last week has got to be the worst meal, the batter was thin and soggy, the chips were dry and the mushy peas were tasteless and like bullets oh and the Savoy was only just warm

The food here is amazing! Fresh fish and the best fishcake ive had in years!Delivered in double quick time. The staff are more than happy to help, will definitely be ordering again soon!

First night in Eastwood after moving here and we thought we’d try the local chippy. The food was lovely, with very generous sized portions, the staff were really welcoming and even gave us free samples of some Chocolate Orange waffles they are thinking of introducing (they were amazing!) We’ll definitely be using these guys again. 👌

Literal perfection. I never knew chip shop fish could be this could. Flakey, meaty, fresh with crispy batter - none of that gunk between batter and fish. Chips were great, gravy was nice. Absolutely beautiful and delivered in 20 minutes on a Friday night! Thanks All x

It was my first visit to Eastwood Town Fish Bar. The food was delicious and I didn't Have t wait long for my food. I will definitely be going back again soon. I will be recommending This Fish Bar to my friends and family

Popped in just as they were closing. They made us fresh orders and let us sit in to eat even though they had closed as we walked in. It was raining and they bought out a heater for us to dry off. I cannot give any higher praise for their service. Prices are great value and knowing they offer delivery will make us regular customers!

Love the fish from here +the chips are lovely too. Its easy for us to pick them up but they will deliver if you ask .

Visited this place for the first time this evening and glad i did. Fish and chips were very nice. Pleasant staff. Nice decor and even got offered a complimentry cuppa whilst i waited. Nice touch. Will be returning.
