Cold Stone Creamery

The ice cream here is just like the other cold stone locations. I ordered a “like it” with peanut butter and reese cups. I received great customer service today at this locations. The staff members were very friendly and inviting. They provided the friendliest service I’ve had in a long time. I found parking relatively quick in front of cold stone which is unusual for this area.

Do not go to this location if you have allergies to anything as the staff do not take it seriously. I have not had these issues at other locations. The first time I went and let them know of my allergy I got attitude and an eye roll from the staff. Last weekend I stopped by again and let the staff know of the allergy. They acted as though they didn't understand what to do about it and made my order on the regular counter with the usual utentsils!! That could kill someone! Management needs to make sure their staff understands allergy protocol and takes it seriously.

Went in after being at the cancer center all day because I’ve seen nonstop advertisement for this banana bread ice cream. When I told the employee what I wanted he asked if I wanted mixins and I pointed to the sign and said that I wanted that. He got the manager because he didn’t know how to make it or what was in it. Then he made it it’s and saddest looking ice cream I’ve ever gotten from here. Took him forever and it was already melting. Guess pictures always look better. Disappointed.
