Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Greeted quickly and sested promptly. Waitress took our drink order and returned in a timely manner. Food order was prepared as requested. Our food was served hot. Our waitress was attentive, helpful and friendly. She helped us to apply a coupon and gave instructions to contact corporate to update our info for their rewards program.

Ordered the Impossible Cheeseburger, Royal Red Robin, Monster Burger everything was really good except the fries they need to upgrade them with sea salt. Waiter was friendly by the bar got my order to go. 30 minute wait wasn’t that bad for a Saturday night. Look like they could hire more people to expedite take out deliveries to make it a better experience.

Food was decent. Burger was burnt, "bob" the host was pretty rude. Too worried about stuff on the other side of the parking lot and on his phone to notice we were standing there. Server had to go outside to get him when he walked right past us. Came back in asked how many and said "come on!". Did one swipe on the table with a wipe and put our stuff down. Then walked away without saying anything. Ordered an apple juice and was giving a drink that looked and taste more like water then anything else. Server apologized. 3 year old wouldn't even drink it. Eh, big IF I go again... Walking out to leave bob was more worried about family guy on tv to notice anyone. Really hope the company sees how he "works" because there is people out there who could really use the job! Wasn't off the clock because he was trying to roll silverware. 🤦‍♀️

Food is adequate, but the restaurant itself is pretty gnarly. The misses and I sat in the waiting area for about 15 minutes and watched parts of ceiling tile drift down to the floor steadily. I also noticed some pretty obvious water damage with bubbling paint and what looked like mold as well. Probably should have left at that point, that's on me. But after having got our food dust and dirt fell down off the TV into her food. Management was cool enough to comp her meal, but I'm kind of surprised they let the state of the place continue going on like that. We probably won't go back to that location but to the bel air one next time we want RR since it's cleaner.
