Taco Bell

Very bad service cuz they messed up my order 2 times in 1 week and after I call them And talk about it they told me to come back and I live like 20 mins always from there and I told them no beef or meat but they still did it even I was told them few times NO beef or meat but still they did same thing. This is very very bad service and I even told them by the window too but there just ignore me and did same thing and I wast my $$

I stop here alot during the day on my lunch break & the food & service are phenomenal. However, I stopped by at 6 pm last night & it was completely different. The drive thru wait was long. After I paid for my order I was told to pull around to the front of the store to wait for my food. After 10 more minutes I received my Power Bowl with 4 pieces of chicken, overcooked rice, & missing half the ingredients.

I'm dissatisfied. I ordered a number 8 and 9 off of the menu and I asked for no tomatoes on #9. I asked 3 times if the lady got that I said no tomatoes on #9 and she said yes, it was even on the screen. I got my food and it had tomatoes on the #9 and not only that, but I just simply tried one because I like tomatoes, but my fiance don't and the things tasted like they were no good. I paid almost $20 for this. My chicken was as cold as getting some out of the refrigerator. The cook's need to pay more attention to orders. If one of us had an allergy to something and it was put on there after requesting for it to be off, Taco Bell would be in some trouble. The sweet tea was good though.

If I could give this Taco Bell negative stars I would. #1 .. I asked them to bag each meal separately so we wouldn't have to touch each others food .. #2 .. They didn't give me all our drinks which I partially blame my son for not saying anything until after we left .. #3 .. Food was barely look warm .. #4 .. Most of the food was nasty compared to other Taco Bells .. Bottom line avoid this Taco Bell at all cost !!
