Papa Johns Pizza

This is the best papa johns in the area. I had vowed to never patronize this business EVER again in life because at one location the customer service is poor and so is the management. I still have my reservations but, if I am going to eat this pizza, it's going to be ONLY from this location. I had a great experience overall. I ordered online and my order was made promptly. It was very fresh and toppings evenly dispersed (big deal for me). I picked up and the guy was nice and offered me a new sauce to try. EAT here!

Please do your mental health a favor and just don’t order from here / I swear if all the places I go to eat it seems mangers just hire whoever and don’t care about customer service or anything what so ever - every single time I’ve tried to order food from this place I have had issues - I will never try again ! Lazy , rude and just down right unprofessional- the food is alright if you get the right cook - smh

I was greeted by a caucasian male staffer making the pizza once I entered the store. The African American lady was also pleasant when she placed my order. Another lady, caucasian checked on my order and gave me an update on how much longer I had to wait. I love how attentive they were to me and every time the door opened, but moreover how all races and gender worked together for the common cause. One of the drivers entered for a pickup was also polite as he passed by me to pack his order. Everyone was professional friendly and respectful. My cheesy bread and wings were cooked to perfection and the store was clean. Kudos to Taylor ave Papa Johns.

It was the best customer service experience. I walked in, the cashier was on the phone taking an order, didn't nod or acknowledge my presence. Three other employees, not actively working but instead engaging in non job related personal conversations...all looked at me...took about 2 minutes for one to split off and greet me. A simple greeting or some display of common courtesy would have made that experience much better
